  • Breading
  • 2 cup AP Flour
  • 2 tbsp Season Salt
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
  • Oil
  • 1 quart Peanut Oil

Preheat Oil to 335ºF in a Deep skillet or Deep Fryer

Properly Clean and Wash Chicken then Pat Dry
